Mr. Harish Chandra Nimala is a qualified Master of Arts in Social Work (MSW) professional from KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, with a strong interest and commitment to social development, community empowerment, social research, and the preservation of cultural and heritage values. He is currently associated with Parivarttan Trust as a Social Research Assistant, where he contributes to community-level research, field activities, social awareness programmes, community mobilisation, documentation, and development initiatives. His work focuses on understanding community needs, identifying social challenges, documenting local issues, and supporting programmes designed to promote inclusive and sustainable community development.

With an academic background in Social Work, Harish brings knowledge of social research methods, community organisation, social welfare, participatory approaches, fieldwork, documentation, and community engagement.
